If your project requires design concepts and drawings for permit application, a Design Contract will be entered into. Upon completion of design work and receipt of building permit, a contract for building or renovating would then be created. All jobs are priced from a written breakdown covering all aspects of the renovation or addition, with projected allowances for undetermined costs such as appliances and various fixtures. Payments are itemized in a payment schedule that corresponds to a detailed critical path. We do not start work until you are thoroughly briefed about our process and completely understand it.
